We are the people of Kenkarta, We declare independence as a sovereign and autocratic nation. We declare independence to create a united country. Whose leader is the absolute deciding power within the government. With a change came in a new rule. A rule set in conservation of tradition while in a balance of technological advancement. We declare with this constitution the basic laws that would form Kenkarta as nation for the future centuries. with power given to us, we declare this the constitution of Kenkarta.
